Sutton Foster was a Tony Award winner for her Tony Award-winning roles as Anything Goes in Thoroughly Modern Millie and in Little Women. Star Search, at the age of 15, was her first time that she appeared on TV. In the years since, Sutton has appeared on Bunheads as well as Psych. As a solo artist, Sutton has performed across the country in addition to internationally with her musical director Michael Rafter... with songs from her first solo CD "Wish" and the follow-up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." Sutton Foster has appeared on stage at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, the Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub and many others. Sutton Foster received an honorary doctorate degree from Ball State University in 2011. She also serves on the faculty at Ball State University as a adviser and teacher of dance. In March of 2015, she started acting as "Younger" in TVLand, a new show created by Darren Star.
